BREEZY POINT GOLF CLUBHOUSE
Breezy Point Resort, Minnesota
Structural design, manufacture and erection supervision of a
5,000 sq.ft. Golf Clubhouse, featuring a combination of
traditional Timber Frame construction and heavy timber trusses.
Main portico entry features pine decking and heavy timber
trusses supported by 40 foot long glulam beams. A similar
beam and truss roof carries through the entry into the main
lounge and bar areas. The administration, kitchen and
pro-shop areas are constructed using Normerica’s R-24
superwall structural building panels and pre-engineered roof
system.
