CLUB DE CAMPO GRAN BELL
Buenos Aires, Argentina,
The complete design, manufacture and installation of a 24,000
sq. ft. state-of-the-art Recreation Complex and Clubhouse
located near Buenos Aires, capital of Argentina. The expansive
Recreation Complex is the showpiece and focal point of a new
luxurious 600 unit residential community called the ‘Club De
Campo Gran Bell’. Approximately 170,000 board feet of Eastern
White Pine timber was used to complete the two-storey
structure. A huge vaulted Timber Frame cathedral ceiling spans
the entire upper level, and expansive windows allow patrons to
take in the surrounding view while they relax or dine. The lower
level houses a complete gymnasium facility, lockers and storage
area. Construction started Fall 1998. Normerica-trained
technical engineers oversaw the project from start to finish.
