DIAMOND'S EDGE
FRACTIONAL OWNERSHIP PROJECT - Muskoka, Ontario
The complete design, manufacture and installation of 15 Post &
Beam cottages situated on Nutt Lake adjacent to the Diamond in
the Ruff" golf course in the heart of Muskoka. Normerica was
hired to oversee the construction of the cottages, trades etc. and
to Project Manage the entire construction project. Normerica
also constructed a utility building and RBC (Rotating Biological
Contractors) superstructure. Normerica-trained technical
engineers managed the project from start to finish.
