This interesting Timber Frame project is located on the shores of
Lake Ontario in Metropolitan Toronto. This 2,546 sq.ft.
condo-sales pavilion will be totally dismantled and then
reconstructed again for other projects. (Could it be, because of
the Normerica Timber Frame structure, that 80% of the units in
Phase One of the project sold out during its first grand opening
weekend of May, 2000.)
