The newest addition to our projects in the Caribbean is the 15
luxury oceanside Las Iguanas Villas with Normerica/Conor
Developers Inc. Each of the private villas ranges from 600 to
1000 square meters and are located around the new Jack
Nicklaus signature golf course. Models feature interior pools,
jacuzzi, and Caribbean style terrace with views to lush tropical
gardens, and often to the sea, the lakes or the golf course itself.
The “insulating concrete” system used in the construction of
