THE RAVEN, AT THREE PEAKS GOLF CLUBHOUSE
Silverthorne, Colorado
This 13,880 sq.ft. Timber Frame Clubhouse was built for
Intrawest and was designed by Odell Architects of Evergreen
Colorado. Normerica’s responsibility was the structural design,
manufacture and installation of this impressive timber structure.
With late Fall 1999 site assembly, the Clubhouse opened to the
public in the Spring 2000. This Clubhouse is the centrepiece for
the surrounding resort housing development.
