*Normerica has the unique ability to offer hybrid building designs (sometimes referred to as a “Combination” building), utilizing Normerica’s highly energy efficient wall and roof panel systems throughout the entire building.

In these structures we combine our beautiful timber frame in select areas of the building with our wall and roof panel systems with other non-timber areas of the building such as bedrooms and utility areas.

For some customers Normerica also designs and supplies hybrid timber and concrete structures.
