In the early 1980's, we developed our R24 Superwall Panel and began construction of energy efficient R-2000 homes.

Normerica homes use no thermal bridging in its wall system or roof system. This means that our EPS (expanded polystyrene) insulation gives you the highest R-value for your money. As well, EPS contains no harmful CFCs, HCFCs or formaldehyde.

Normerica also incorporates the standards of the SuperE system endorsed by the Government of Canada and now used around the world.
