A Normerica Design/Build project in collaboration with Michael Pettes Architects, this stunning timber frame clubhouse features a contemporary timber design with a dramatic vaulted ceiling, showcasing the towering strength and beauty of the exposed Northern White Pine posts and beams. The 7,500 sq.ft.-plus clubhouse is highlighted by timber to timber windows that offer scenic panoramic vistas of the picturesque new RedCrest Course. A cozy 1,500 sq.ft. covered porch offers an area where golfers will be able to enjoy the views while relaxing before or after a round of golf. Men’s and women’s locker rooms, a state-of-the art kitchen, lounge areas, elevator access, an open concept pro shop and a casual dining area with a bar overlooking the course are just a few of the other key features. The clubhouse is extremely energy efficient with increased wall and roof insulation that results in an energy efficiency rating that is 33 per cent above the norm. The ground source heating and cooling system feed off the existing well allowing the potable water brought into the building to heat and cool the building. Construction started January 2009 and was in operation by early August 2009.

Summit County Independent;
LONG-TIME LOCAL WINS GREEN AWARD.
All the efforts of our Williams Fork client were recognized by Colorado Renewable Energy Society this past June. Sandy nurtured her dream of building an eco-friendly house of her own throughout adulthood, marriage, raising a family, establishing a career, owning and operating a business! After her purchase of 75 acres of land in the Williams Fork Valley six years ago, the process of trying to decide what manner of energy-efficient house she would build began. Sandy visited our plant and decided on a modular design - and shortly thereafter, her dream house was underway - the result, a 4,000 sq. ft. domicile that is about as environmentally benign as a place can be!
